Peak Inside an Award Winning Birmingham Loft

Franklin Lofts is comprised of 14 condominiums located in the newly renovated Franklin Building on First Avenue North. Back in the early 20th century, this area was home to the bustling city’s grocery district. Hundreds of merchants lined the street selling produce, bread, meat and artisan goods. The Franklin, Stiles & Franklin Grocery Company was located at the center of the hub, where residents from near and far visited to buy what they needed. The new residences range in price from $159,900 to $509,900 with one-three bedrooms and one-two bathrooms and a range of fixtures and finishes to make the space comfortable.

Birmingham-based staging company Set to Sell was named the Gold Award winner in the annual 2020 Gold Nugget Awards.
